Waiting for fun stuff like cool cards and gifts can be frustrating so I aim to have all non-custom items ready for mailing as soon as possible after you order.

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days
Local delivery within 6 km of EH39 is free and items can also be collected for free from: Braeside, Station Road, Dirleton, EH39 5LS.
(Please wait for a confirmation email before collecting to ensure you don't have a wasted trip!)

Return & Exchange Policy
To start the returns process please contact kate@designsfromtheedge.com with details of the piece you wish to return and reasons for return. If your return is accepted I will send you details of how and where to send the package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be processed or refunded.
